What is the purpose of this course?

A: All residential or commercial construction with a constructed area of less than “35,000 cubic feet” must have a person in charge who has the license: “Supervisor License (CSL)” To obtain the “permit” of the work at the city hall.

2- What do I need to do this course?

① Be at least 18 years old

② Have valid identification, Brazilian passport or American driver's license.

③ Have proof of study or experience in the field of construction

④ Social Security* *Talk to the instructor for more information

3- How about this study test?

A: Graduation certificate of at least 3 years in the "high school" in the construction area or higher education in the construction area recognized in the "United States". For example: architecture or civil engineering.

4- How is this proof of experience?

A: Prove 36 months of continuous work and 40 hours a week in the construction field through; proof of taxes or letter from employer, motorized, detailing your activities and time of work in the company. (letter template is attached to this email)

5- How will the test be applied?

A: The test is “open book”, that is, it is allowed to take the course books (internet access, telephone, etc. is not allowed)

6- What books do I need to take this course?

A: It is mandatory to use all the books below from the first day of class.

① IECC 2015- International Energy Conservation Code

② IRC 2015- Internation Residential Code – 1or2 Familily

③ IBC 2015- International Building Code

④ IBC and IRC Ma – Amendment dated 10/20/17

9- What is the “Step-by-Step” to take the course and the test?

STEP 1

A. Complete the form (ANNEX ), pages 15 and 16 B.

Submit form to “Prometric” Attn: MA Construction Supervisor Program.

STEP 2

A. After sending the form + check + proof of study or experience, wait 10 days;

B. Call Prometric to schedule your approval;

C. 1800 813-6671 Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm.

10 – What should I do to get my license, if approved?

A: You will receive the result of the exam along with the instructions to apply for the degree in the state.

11- What should I do if I fail the exam?

A: You can retry 2 times within 3 months.

12- To try again, do I need to send proof of experience or study again?

A: You can “reschedule the test” within 2 years without submitting proof of experience or study.

13- Do I get a discount if I take the course again if I don't get the approval?

A: Yes! Check the rules below: Final Exam of the Course On the last day of class, everyone will be submitted to the “Final Exam” in the official PROMETRIC test.

• Student obtained a score of 100% in the final exam of the course, but did not obtain a minimum score of 70% in the official PROMETRIC test.

• The student can retake the course for free!

Example 2

• Student obtained a score of 65% in the final exam of the course, but did not obtain a minimum score of 70% in the official PROMETRIC test.

• The student can retake the course with a 65% discount!
