1) Appointment of the Parties;

a) Sergio Oreng DBA Oreng Consulting and owner of the domain hosted online www.certificadonosestadosunidos.com.

Named “Sergio” and/or “Oreng Consulting”.

b) Another party______________________________________________________________________herein appointed as "discloser".

 

2) Nature of the contract;

· This contract between the parties confirms the agreement for the promoter to disclose Oreng Consulting's courses and lectures within the standards and terms established by Oreng Consulting, such as price, payment term, course duration, etc. The promoter cannot add a percentage, fee or any other type of addition to the price offered by Oreng Consulting.

· Payment to the promoter will be made one day after the end of the course/lecture by check or paypal account.

· Payments by check will be sent to the address provided by the promoter or delivered by hand.

· Payment of the promoter commission will be paid only if the referred person makes the payment.

· All promoters residing in the United States will be required to provide a duly completed and signed 1099 form.

· Promoters residing outside the US territory are exempt from filling out this form since the commission will be received through paypal.

· This agreement between the parties confirms agreement for the advertiser to disclose the courses and lectures of Oreng Consulting within the standards and terms established by Oreng Consulting such as price, payment term, duration of the course, etc. The advertiser cannot add percentage, rate or any other type of increase in the price offered by Oreng Consulting.

· Payment to the promoter will be made one day after the end of the course / lecture by check or paypal account.

· Payments by check will be sent to the address provided by the advertiser or delivered by hand.

· Payment of the promoter's commission will be paid only if the indicated person makes the payment.

· All registrars residing in the United States will be required to provide a properly completed and signed Form 1099.

· Disclosers residing outside the United States are exempt from completing this form since the receipt of the commission will be through paypal.
